Hi, I’m Brittney, wife to the best husband-Marcus, Mom of three amazing children-Aubrie (13), Ava (6), and Atlas (18mo), fur mom to two pups- Grover and Bärli, Middle School Youth Group Leader, Dance Mom, Marketing and Branding expert, and Founder of MomWorks. Whew… that’s a lot of titles!
Being a wife and a mom is incredibly rewarding, but the responsibilities can sometimes make us feel like we’ve lost a part of ourselves. I wanted a career that would allow me to pursue my passions and grow without sacrificing my role as a mom and wife. I desperately wanted this for myself and my family, but I never thought it was possible.
Post-COVID-19, there was a significant shift towards remote and flexible work, creating new opportunities. After leaving the high demands of being a Director of Marketing for an emerging DSO in aggressive growth mode, I stumbled into business coaching. Once I experienced the flexibility to be the mom I wanted to be while pursuing the career I had always dreamed of, I knew I could never go back.
That’s why I founded MomWorks—to offer moms the chance to rediscover their identity, pursue fulfilling careers, and gain freedom from the guilt often associated with balancing work and family. Be the mom you want to be while achieving your professional dreams.
